Was skeptical since the product did not have lidocaine or bezocaine but gave it a try; we are on our third bottle! It is unbelievable how the jojoba helps the sphincter to quickly (1-3 mins) relax and to receive without pain. If you have issues receiving, get this product! If you are really having issues, also get the Back Door desensitizing spray; the panthenol is amazing.
