For any Unopened returns: Please make a note of our shipping address and email sales@cheaplubes.com for an RMA number which MUST be on the outside of the package prior to returning it to us. Please inform us within 48 hours so we can start a package trace with the delivery company. Any packaged not located will result in a reshipment or refund at our sole discretion.
